Oops!

Ok, ok, I know what you're thinking. Holy crapola woman, where have you been!! I've been just DYING for that weird, eclectic, cluster...frak... of a musical selection that you call your own! Well, never fear my beauties, the insane one is here. I've been so caught up in my joy over the sudden cold that I had forgotten I even had a blog! Ok, that's a lie, I didn't forget. I've just been so HAPPY about the darn cold! Lol, I am a TOTAL cold freak, let me tell you. ANYWAYS!! Did I mention that I am completely insane, and prone to run off in a million different directions till I get to my point? No? Oh. Well. Yeah. I am. So...sorry! Back on subject, however, naughty people making me get all off track... -wink- I have a new song for you, that is ENTIRELY appropriate for me, considering this is how I feel most days. Completely insane and in desperate need of some medicine. Well ok, again that's a lie. I love my insanity, as I often tell my lovely mother. She agrees that my insanity works for me. However, it does not stop her from getting a headache from all of my massive weirdness. ANYWAYS. Sheesh. Can't complete a single thought tonight. This song is called, appropriately, My Medicine, by the band The Pretty Reckless. I so love this song, from the sound of her lighting a cigarette and blowing smoke in the beginning, to the breathy sound of her voice. And the way she goes from that perfect classic movie breathiness to the tough, whiskey drinking bar girl sound of her singing further into the song, I just love it.
